Charged by the heavier one between actual weight and the volume of the entire shipment. (Calculation method of volume: L*W*H cm/8,000=KG)

No dangerous articles and contrabands (such as pure battery, prohibited liquid, prohibited powder, gun and ammunition) are allowed on YunExpress Global Direct Line Registration (Fast).Products with built-in batteries and supporting batteries are accepted.

1. UK:

The parcels with a declared value exceeding 175USD are not allowed under the YunExpress worldwide logistics service. VAT (Value Added Tax) on parcels with a declared value of 20USD (including 20USD) ~ 175USD shall be levied at 20% of the declared value and borne by the consignee.

2. US

The packages with a declared value exceeding 800USD are not allowed on YunExpress shipping service. Moreover, the cumulative declared value of packages at the same address and the same recipient on the same day shall not exceed 800USD.

3. Germany, France, Italy, Spain:

The parcels with a declared value exceeding 163USD are not allowed under the YunExpress worldwide logistics service. VAT (Value Added Tax) on parcels with a declared value of 24USD (including 20USD) ~ 163USD shall be levied at 25% of the declared value and borne by the consignee.

1. The return service from overseas countries to HK is not supported.

2. Redelivery service is available on YunExpress Global Direct Line Registration (Fast):

1) Redelivery service is available in the UK (UK only), and the standards are as follows:

①Redelivery fee of 40 RMB/shipment is charged in case the package is returned due to the customer's own reasons (such as the recipient is not at home or refuses the parcel, wrong or incomplete address, etc.).

②YunExpress will redeliver the parcel free of charge if returned not due to the customer's own reasons (such as the label wears or the package is damaged during transportation).

③The redelivery service is valid for 1 month. The customer shall check and select the redelivery service within a month after being informed that the parcel is returned, otherwise the package will be deemed to be destroyed after a month.

2) Redelivery service is available in the US, and the standards are as follows:

①YunExpress only redelivers the packages returned to the overseas warehouse to the US with the redelivery fee of 40RMB/shipment.

②The redelivery service is valid for 15 days. The customer shall check and select the redelivery service within 15 days after being informed that the package is returned, otherwise the package will be deemed to be destroyed after 15 days.

3) Redelivery service is available in the Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the standards are as follows:

①YunExpress only redelivers the packages returned to the overseas warehouse to the corresponding countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain) with the redelivery fee of 50RMB/shipment respectively.

②The redelivery service for the above countries is valid for two weeks. The customer shall check and select the redelivery service within 2 weeks after being informed that the package is returned, otherwise the package will be deemed to be destroyed after two weeks.

1.UK: YunExpress worldwide logistics service can be accessed by postal communication throughout the UK (the British mainland and affiliated islands within UK) excluding the overseas territories of the UK (e.g., British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, etc.)

2.US: The delivery scop of YunExpress worldwide logistics service in the US excludes the remote areas (such as Alaska and Hawaii), overseas addresses (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

3. Germany, France, Italy, Spain: affiliated islands are excluded.

No cylindrical or irregular packages. Label should be flatly pasted on the largest side of the package.
