Head of EMEA Sales Dept

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the sales strategy and plan for European region;

  • Responsible for business development in Europe. Actively developing new customers, maintaining customer relationships, exploring potential market/sales opportunities;

  • Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve sales goals, and deliver sales reports timely;

  • Lead the team to collect market information, stay up to date and continuously improve market intelligence and competitors ‘s information;

  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels for further business (including online social media etc.);

  • Deliver internal training to enhance sales and presentation skills of team members;

  • Organize and mentor sales, marketing and customer service team to operate efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience in large logistics companies with 8+years of experience in managing a sales team;

  • Experience of working with multiple customers simultaneously. Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to meet all the needs of different customers;

  • Ability of overseas branding and coordinating with customers;

  • Excellent leadership, advance business acumen and communication skills;

  • Fluent in English, other European languages is a plus.
